110,000 homes were damaged by recent catastrophic floods in Louisiana August 12-15. 11,000 residents were forced into shelters and 13 people were confirmed dead. This flood is considered the worst natural disaster in the United States since Hurricane Sandy in 2012, which affected many of us in the Diocese of Trenton.
